Therefore, in case the product you bought is defective or different from what you saw on the site – either in the image or in its description – you can return it within 14 days from the day of receipt. In case you request replacement and there is no stock available in the product, you can order another product.
Changes will always be accepted with proof of purchase. The cost of returning the product in each case is borne by the customer.
If you place a special order for a handmade product, kosmimaxatzigeorgiou.gr does not accept returns.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days, if no longer deadline has been agreed, returning the goods to their original condition, without incurring any costs other than return costs. This deadline starts from the receipt of the products. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to return the amounts paid to him by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if:
- It concerns a product for which there is NO individual order, such as wedding rings, or conversions or a product that does not exist in our catalog.
- Fill in and send the relevant withdrawal form issued to him during the execution of the order.
- The product has not been worn or used beyond the test and no modifications have been made to the jewelry.
- The cards of the store “Kosmima Xatzigeorgiou” and the labels of the product have not been removed or damaged in any way.
- All the accompanying documents of the product are returned.
- The product is shipped in the package in which it was received.
- An email is sent to info@kosmimaxatzigeorgiou.gr with the order code.
The store “Kosmima Xatzigeorgiou” does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage of the product during the transfer of the return.
